2) Alcohol

3) Coercion

4) Trapped in compromised position where they can't escape

5) When they are asleep

6) Threat of violence if they don't do as they want it

7) deception (Your guard is lowered, you don't expect it and it's too late.)

8) He is a minor

9) He's disabled or just not physically strong

10) Even if he is strong, it can still happen in all that I listed.
